Dr Eugenia Haralambieva is a Specialist in Pathology FMH. After completing her specialist medical training, she gained research and diagnostic experience in pathology with a primary specialism in haematopathology at the national haematology centres in Sofia/Bulgaria, Oxford/UK, Groningen/Netherlands and in the Reference Centre For Lymph Node Pathology at the University of Würzburg in Germany. This was followed by many years of activity as a senior physician at the University Hospital in Zurich.
