Martina Marchesi
FAMH Microbiology
Ms Martina Marchesi has been an FAMH laboratory specialist in the Microbiology Department since March 2022. After completing her Master’s degree in Microbiology at the Institute of Medical Microbiology (IMM) at the University of Zurich, she went on to specialise in Medical Microbiology with the FAMH title. She has many years of experience in research in the field of antibiotic resistance and in microbiological diagnostics. Most recently, she was deputy head of serology and mycology at the IMM.
